overview.xml: The GTK library does not depend on the GTK library

The documentation stated:

GTK is a library.…  GTK depends on the following libraries:

GTK       The GTK library itself contains widgets, that is, GUI
          components such as GtkButton or GtkTextView.

There is no point in stating, that the GTK library
depends on the GTK library.
